Scottish Football Association Council Meeting
In connection with the exemption of clubs from the qualifying rounds of the Scottish Cup, Mr J. K. M’Dowall, secretary, mentioned that Celtic, Dundee, Rangers, and Hamilton Academicals were automatically exempted, and it was for the Council to decide which other clubs should be exempted. It was agreed that the clubs in the First and Second Division should be exempted, along with Forfar Athletic and Johnstone.
